My name is Davide Bersaglini and I was born in Rome in march 1998.

I graduated from the Professional Institute for Hotel and Catering Services “Marco Gavio Apicio” of Anzio, in the province of Rome, with a technical study in catering services (Room). However, I immediately undertook specialized barman courses (my passion since forever) at the “Party in Bottle” in Rome, one of the best known and most appreciated bartending training organizations in Italy.

Since 2018 I have dedicated myself full time to this profession, of which I know (almost) all the secrets, and which has seen me immediately specialize in shots, which I invent and create, using a great knowledge of the ingredients I use, and combining the experience of mixing them acquired in thousands of nights in various clubs.

I am of the twelfth sign of the zodiac, Pisces. If we believe in astrology, this sign carries many of the characteristics of the eleven signs that precede it. Will this be the reason for my eclecticism?

I know the rules of my profession very well, this has allowed me to achieve my own style.

I have an attentive grasp on reality, and a highly developed dexterity for individual characteristics. I have practiced soccer for years (I started at the age of six) up to the competitive level in a junior Serie B team.

In my limited spare time, soccer continues to be one of my favorite activities. I always love to sift through the information given to me, reflect on what I happen to observe, get my own ideas on the world around me. I see reality through the lens of fantasy, and I look a lot like Baudelaire’s traveler: I always leave for the sake of leaving.

Favorite color: blue. Lucky number: 17, the day I was born. English? I understand it and I speak it, without any problems regarding the technical terms related to my profession. One of my next challenges is to improve it to 360 degrees.
